I got this extra battery pack to use with my Ring video doorbells and Spotlight camera plus. They are very easy to charge and recharge relatively quickly. They fit perfectly in my doorbells and spotlight camera. They are easy to put and remove from both devices. They are durable, well designed and well made. Because I have two doorbells and one camera, I purchased 4 extra batteries so I always have 4 fully charged and ready to replace any dead batteries with. This prevents me from having any camera downtime while recharging batteries. Consequently, these batteries are very convenient and increase the functionality and utility of my Ring devices. They are relatively inexpensive and well worth the money.

It works with my doorbell. It’s easy to use. The size is as expected but it’s a lot heavier than my other two batteries. One stopped working so I needed another for when one is dead. This battery only lasted 7 days when my old one lasts 14 days. Which is a little disappointing. Also when I change it to the new one it takes it awhile to register I have changed the battery. It’s only done this a couple times but every time it does it sets me into a panick. It’s good value as long as it lasts.

These Ring rechargeable battery packs are really convenient, especially if you use multiple Ring products that run on battery power. I only use the battery-operated Ring cameras, so having a couple of these on hand makes things a lot easier. When one battery dies, I can just swap it out and recharge the other — no downtime or worrying about my cameras going offline.
When I bought them, I originally thought they would work with my Ring doorbell too, but that was my mistake. My specific doorbell model charges directly with a cable rather than using the quick-release batteries. Definitely something to double-check before buying, depending on which Ring products you have.
Aside from that mix-up, these batteries have been great. They hold a solid charge and are super easy to switch out. If you’re running multiple battery-powered Ring devices, having a backup or two is absolutely worth it.
