I don’t normally get this enthusiastic about a product, but this pillow rocks. I have neck and shoulder issues and was trying to replace the other pillow I had. When it seemed hard to come by, I decided to try this, given the reviews. I cannot stress enough how great I think this pillow is (especially for people like me with neck/shoulder issues). It’s an odd shape but highly accommodating and is instantly comfortable. The price point falls within range of what I’d paid for other pillows in the past but frankly, it’s priceless. It cradles the head and neck, separating it somewhat from the shoulders. It has memory foam, I think, and provides awesome support. I rarely get this enthused, but I hit pay dirt with this product. I woke up with no pain for the first time in years. Fabulous find!

I’ve had this pillow for a year and love it so much. It has really helped my neck. It’s firm but has a lot of squishy give to it, to support your neck comfortably. It’s great for side sleeping but has really helped me sleep on my back more. I’ve tried 3 others like it and this is my favorite. Others are too firm with no give, if you like that then maybe this one isn’t for you. However, about a month ago my husband started using a CPAP so I gave him my pillow and he loves it. Works wonderful with the cpap. Then my neck started hurting again so I reordered the same pillow and it won’t recoil from the package, it’s like a defective one. I want to give it a 1 star for the frustration but it’s really the best pillow when it’s not messed up. I’ll be returning the flat defective one in hopes for another like the first one I bought.

I use to wake up with a link in my neck but this helped so much. I was so sad when I left it in Vegas. Being able to sleep on my side or back, and have the support I needed was divine. I would recommend to friends. It is a thick boy, so make sure you have big pillow cases. It retains it’s shape very well and provided the pain relief I was looking for.

If you have ear cartilage that sticks out a bit and constantly have a sore ear when side sleeping and cannot get comfortable, this is THE pillow for you! I have spent so many years and tried so many different pillows. I saw this one advertised and saw the “ear hole” and realized this was just what I needed. The hole was about 2″ higher than where my ear rested, plus a little small, so I took sharp-nose small scissors and kept snipping away until the hole was exactly where it needed to be, and now my head rests totally comfortably on the pillow. I also saw a review that the reviewer cut back the wings and stitched the case to fit the sides, which I also did and love it that way since it gives a perfect “ledge” for my arm. The pillow is now 1,000% perfect. Even during the 4 days I spent perfecting my alterations, I fell asleep almost immediately, unlike the 1, 2 and sometimes 3 hours I would spend 2-3 times a week with my old pillow trying to get comfortable (which I paid 3 times what I paid for this one). I also use the lower sleeping area since the other side was a bit too high in the neck area. Adding the body pillow I have which elevates my knee and puts my spine in better alignment, alleviating lower back pain, I am now getting a wonderful night’s sleep and a very happy camper!

I got this pillow 3 months ago but I wanted to wait to try it before I wrote a review. This is because I have tried several options (some expensive & some average price) all of them promising on TV or online or in store—neck pain relief—but none of them delivered all they advertised 🙁 This was very frustrating, time consuming shopping & waste of money; not to mention painful! I don’t have a neck injury, my theory is that my neck pain may be from stress, carrying heavy items and the pressure on my spinal cord, and spending hours on my PC doing remote work looking down at my keyboard. From what I’ve read others no matter what age experience neck pain and need a special pillow to treat their neck pain. I didn’t even know neck pain was a thing until I began to experience it and read of others’ pillow pain stories; for years I’ve never paid attention to the type of pillows I purchased for my household! This pillow has totally cured my neck pain and I even look forward to laying my head on it every day. Everything in the description is accurate except the sides are not as shown in the video; there’s not enough space to actually place my thin arms around it, the two parts are sewn too closely together to wrap my arms around the pillow. However, that’s not a deal breaker for me because I purchased it for neck comfort and pain relief and it does that for sure. I love how it shapes to my head contour, doesn’t flatten and reshapes itself after I’ve laid on it. It is the perfect thickness not too bulky or foam thin. It is fragrance free, no manufacturer chemical smell. I am very grateful that because of this pillow: I can have a restful sleep overnight. Or, I just place it on the couch, prop it up, relax, and read a book, with my neck not cramping 🙂 Joy!
