I use Liquid IV to offset the effects of my BP medication. Works great for that purpose. The powder dissolves easily with water and really tastes good.
It gives me the minerals that I need to keep my blood tests in the normal range, which helps me to feel better, too. The flavor is great and there isn’t any obnoxious color dye in it. It just looks like slightly cloudy water.
The taste is hard to describe, so I’m going to assume that’s what a seaberry tastes like. We don’t have seaberries in the upper Midwest, so I’m placing my faith in the manufacturer. It tastes good, is the basic review there.
