Update: the sellers are extremely proactive and have offered a solution. I am very happy with the seller and would definitely be buying their filters moving forward!
Old review: Fountain itself works great. My cats love the water. My only concern is that the filter does not seem to work very well. At the end of the week when I am cleaning the fountain, I find a lot of cat hair in the water pool. I am worried that if the filter can’t even grab the big stuff, how can it filter out all the other little things?

Good size fountain, easy to clean and refill. Some reviews say it’s loud, it is not. Pump is silent, all you hear is the water return. It’s nice that it has a window for the water level and no blue light, as that light grows algae. However, I am not giving five stars because that window leaks. It’s a very small drip but adds up over time. I used waterproof silicone to seal it and when I refilled the basin, I watched the water fill in the small gap the window has. I marked it in a photo so others can see where I mean.
I wonder about mold growing in that tiny crack so we will see. All and all, great fountain. Showed up a day early and brand new, well packaged and clean.

I myself love everything about this fountain , but my cats won’t use it . I have 5 cats and none of them like it . I’m so disappointed! It’s easy to install and to clean. I love that you can turn the light off if you want. It’s nice and quiet . All I hear is the trickle of water. I’m giving it 5 stars because I think it’s a great fountain. I’m sad that I’ll have to return it. I’ve tried putting it in different spots , and it’s in a low traffic , quiet area.

Great value for the price. It was easy to set up. Does not splash all over the floor while it’s operating. My cat might csuse a bit to go on the floor while she is drinking. It comes with a rubber mat to cat h her drips. The last one I bought was noisy and my cat kept wanting to get behind where the cord came out. She made a mess. NOT with this fountain. This water fountain is silent until it needs a water refilling. Then it makes a humming noise. It is easy to clean.

Bought the simple one with the two filters. It comes with one to start off and a second to replace. it’s pretty awesome to have that so we get time to get more.
It even tells us how often to replace and comes with a little picture description of how to clean the water pump.
I have used electric fountains for my cat before and none were THIS quiet. It keeps scaring me since i never hear it and then i’m like oh wait that exists It ALSO came with a thin little mat you can place the fountain on. Helps minimal mess when you keep it on a flat surface but on carpet i doubt it’ll help anything. I do love the detail tho!
My cat is a bit picky about it and i think it’s just because she likes drinking from my sink faucet. We will still try it for now though
I just got it set up and it was super easy, has a tiny blue light that glows in a strip of an open view of the water level / max line for it. The water capacity seems pretty good, it’s a fairly sized container, i feel i may need to clean it sooner than the water will run out but honestly not too worried.
Seems extremely easy to clean the container. I love that the main drink areas are stainless steel and i think there’s overall a total of two plastic pieces not including the water pump. Just a connection to the spout piece and the actual bowl itself.
Overall i rate it 4/5 because i am still trying it out. Super excited about it though and very hopeful for good things !

Have had this for quite a bit now. 3 cats and 1 dog use it. Due to the dog using it, the water does go down pretty quickly but that is no fault of the product. At one point the fountain had begun to leak, we had no idea how or why. But the customer service was AMAZING! Reached out and they were understanding and apologetic and sent us a replacement! Replacement has had no issues, it’s very quite until the water starts to get low (which is nice because it’s almost like an alert lol). Our medium sized dog (blue healer/cattle breed) does like to splash it while using it but that is again no fault of the product, just our dog and the size of the product not being best suited. It’s also very easy to clean, and the installation and replacement of the filters is super simple and easy. Great purchase!

Yes, it’s stainless steel but fairly thin. It bent slightly while I was washing it and the inverted top sits a little funny. Couldn’t quite bend it back exactly. The pump is excellent and it works well but be aware – if you can’t handle the sound of loud trickling water then perhaps another option should be considered.
UPDATE: 1 Day after my original review was posted, I was quite surprised to be contacted by the Seller! They indicated that because the top wasn’t sitting correctly, they would replace the system at no cost under the standard product warranty! They wanted me to be satisfied with the fountain and true to their word, the replacement arrived a day later. It doesn’t take away from the fact that the steel is thin but it certainly speaks to the fact that this supplier takes “customer service” very seriously. For that reason they get 5 Stars! Thank you, Veken!

Its cute and dainty but not too small, perfect for my chihuahua and my cat! Even my lab has taken a liking to it, I will need to buy a really big one for her lol. Good quality, its a thin stainless steel, it could dent easy if dropped probably, but im not throwing my fountain around to find out. It came in perfect shape and it was easy to assemble! The only thing the little plastic pieces where the cord goes through in the back can fall off easy, so just be aware of that! But thats such a minor thing. Its cute it works and it has a night light.

Great fountain. I’ve had mine for just over a year, and it is only just now on its last legs, which I have found is the average lifespan of a pump-powered fountain. Easy to clean, goes right in the dishwasher, and comes out sparkling! I wish the suction cups on the pump were a bit stronger, as the pump tends to slide a bit between filling the base and putting the top back on, which leads to me having to put my hand in the water to reposition the pump again.
With two cats, I was refilling it once every 1.5-2 weeks, and with 4 cats, I was refilling it every 1-1.5 weeks. Nice and quiet, and you can turn the light off if that bothers you. I will warn you, if your cats are like mine and get very upset if it has been empty for all of 2 minutes, even if you aren’t home, it is easy for them to knock over the fountain and spill the leftover water everywhere. Otherwise, it doesn’t make a huge mess.
10/10 highly recommend, and if I can find a replacement pump for this fountain, I will get one.
